Electronic Data Processing

    • eXperience develops the concept of Electronic Office, based on the Law 11/2007 of June 22, on electronic access of citizens to public services, Royal Decree 1671/2009 of development of Law 11 in the AGE , RD 3 / 2010 and Royal Decree 4 / 2010 for regulating the National Insurance Scheme and Interoperability.
    • Identifying Electronic Office as the point of electronic access to the services of a public administration that require identification or authentication of users, under conditions of security, liability, warranties of accuracy, updating and completeness, accessibility, usability and use of open standards and that allows the processing of administrative procedures partially or completely without requiring the physical presence of the party or other parties.
    • In what might be called the kernel of the system, there are two distinct parts, the Portal and the Processing Interface. The entry portal system allows easy and comprehensive access to different sections of the system without considering the specific functionality of handling the records, which is framed in what is called Processing Interface that will support the various services advertised on the menu of services.
    The interface of Electronic Office is built in a friendly manner, on a portal that includes the following sections:
    • Identification of the headquarters, as well as the body or bodies who have ownership and responsibility for the management of the services available therein and, where appropriate, of the subsites based thereon.
    • Necessary information for the proper use as navigation map, sections and requirements.
    • List of of electronic signature accepted or used.
    • Regulations for the creation of the electronic record.
    • Information on the protection of personal data and intellectual property.
    • Verification system of electronic stamps issued by headquarters, by verifying the authenticity and integrity of documents by secure code verification.
    • Catalog and list of Services, containing the general instance services (telematic record) and complaints and suggestions forms.
    • Information from the various electronic means of in which users can access the system.
    • Querying on the status of processing of the applications, generated from the services defined within the system.
    • Check documents associated with the records and obtaining electronic copies of said documents (recovery document manager).
    • Daily or Official publication (link).
    • Bulletin Board or edicts, indicating the substitution or additional nature, with the possibility of reliable publishing.
    • Content search.
    • User Support System.
    • Official date and time.
    System Core
    • At the core of the system, an interoperability layer is provided, which connects the system with a number of entities or external services through an ESB interconnection, either to consume or provide certain services.
    • At the same time, it provides the installation and commissioning of external components considered as initial minimum:
      • Platform authentication and electronic signature.
      • Asynchronous signature Tray.
      • System Connection to Time-Stamping.
      • Telematic registry platform.
      • Telematics System notifications.
      • Document Management.
